Sentence of death was also passed on the Indian Tom, for the murder of Robinson on Salt Spring Island. He is to be hung on that Island.
[Editor's Note: Of the names above, 12 had sat on the jury at the murder trial of Tshuanahusset, but which 12 is not known.]
