The 9th day of the Carrol trial at 245 pm. the Jury entered the Court Room and rendered a verdict of Not Guilty. Am Irving Stated to the Court that it was not his intention to proceed with any other of the trials. The rest of the prisoners were then brought into court, and admitted to bail themselves in $500 each and two sixties in $250. each. The Bondsmen covered for Jas Carroll and Thomas Ryder. Jas Ryder Sen and Patk Ryder Sen. for Martin Mclaughlin and John Kennedy Bartholemew Coughlin and Wm Flanagan for James Ryder and John Purtell Thomas Lamphier and John Ryder. At 730 Pm this evening all the prisoners except Purtell (who staid in London) arrived at Claudboye Station. And in half an hour after were at the Central Hotel in Lucan. Where after partaking of some refreshments started for their respective homes at 945 p.m. The prisoners were all bailed to appear when called upon.
